What you'll do

• Manage field activities for complex projects
• ensure subcontractor work meets quality and timeliness expectations
• coordinate with the Project Manager
• perform project start-up and close-out
• maintain contract documents
• mentor other Superintendents
• assist with construction schedules and budget implementation
• lead subcontractor meetings
• prepare project reports and safety documentation
• resolve or escalate site issues
• enforce quality control, safety, and emergency procedures
• participate in the Safety and Health Management System.
