What you'll do

• Maintain parcel and landowner tracking systems
• enter and verify acquisition status
• track agreements through preparation, execution, payment, and filing

• prepare recurring reports

• assist with landowner correspondence and acquisition documents
• track damage agreements and payments
• support condemnation file assembly, document control, construction records, and project closeout
• identify missing or inconsistent information and pursue resolution.
