On-Call Property Manager — 41-Unit Apartment Building

What you'll do

• Carry out directions from the leasing manager or designee
• perform onsite building maintenance including boiler maintenance, appliance repair, and fire alarm checks
• respond to tenant calls, concerns, and after-hours lockouts
• distribute notices
• clean common areas and laundry room
• remove trash
• make 10 p.m. rounds Monday through Saturday and ensure doors are locked
• report maintenance needs and incidents
• submit and complete work orders as needed.
