The Account Manager – Exhibits, Sponsorships & Digital role is hybrid in Eden Prairie, MN, at $43.26–$50.48 per hour. The position supports SCCE & HCCA’s conference portfolio, digital channels, and sponsorship opportunities; travel to conferences and events is estimated at 4–8 times per year, including occasional weekends. The account manager retains and grows exhibitor, sponsor, and advertiser relationships while developing new business. The role connects customer objectives with relevant offerings and coordinates pricing, agreements, and fulfillment information across internal teams to support revenue growth and customer value.

What you'll do

• Manage existing exhibitor, sponsor, and digital advertiser relationships
• pursue retention, renewals, account expansion, and revenue goals
• recommend exhibit, sponsorship, and digital advertising opportunities
• identify upsell, cross-sell, and prospective customer opportunities
• develop proposals and negotiate agreements within approved guidelines
• maintain CRM records, account plans, forecasts, and renewal information
• contribute to pricing and packaging recommendations
• coordinate exhibit planning and vendor requirements
• attend designated conferences and lead onsite rebooking at major events
• communicate customer agreements and fulfillment requirements to internal teams.
