What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs, including carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work
• inspect buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas
• address maintenance and safety issues or report them to the General Manager
• maintain building systems, fixtures, tools, equipment, and supplies
• clean and maintain sidewalks and beach access areas
• operate trash compactors safely
• perform pressure washing as needed
• engage qualified contractors for work beyond the role’s scope.
