What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Division 10 scopes, including toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, operable partitions, fire protection specialties, and visual display boards. Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• identify risks
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• develop clarifications, exclusions, and value-engineering options
• coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• manage multiple estimates
• maintain estimate files and cost databases
• assist with project handoff.
