The Senior Operations Leader, Insurance Agency role is onsite in Clearwater, FL, paying $80,000–$100,000 per year plus a performance-based annual bonus. Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is growing and seeks an operations leader to build the structure needed to support that growth. The leader oversees day-to-day agency operations, develops managers and team leads, establishes performance measures, and improves processes and workflows. The role strengthens accountability and operational efficiency across the agency in partnership with department leaders, HR, Systems, and executive leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily agency operations
• lead and develop managers and team leads
• establish performance standards, KPIs, and scorecards
• use reporting and data to identify issues and opportunities
• improve processes, workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
• partner with HR on hiring and performance management
• work with the Systems Director on technology and automation
• lead agency-wide initiatives
• resolve operational issues before escalation to executive leadership.
