The Lead Sales Analytics & Reporting Analyst role is onsite in Campbell, CA. Compensation is $145,000–$165,000 per year. The role supports Imperative Care’s Commercial organization as the company develops technologies focused on stroke and vascular disease care. The role exists to turn commercial data into actionable insights that improve sales performance, forecasting, territory effectiveness, and operational decisions. As the senior individual contributor for Commercial Analytics & Reporting within Sales Operations, the analyst develops reporting and models, advises commercial leaders, and partners across functions to support planning and business intelligence.

What you'll do

• Advise Commercial Leadership with objective analysis and actionable insights
• develop analytical models and quantitative analyses
• analyze sales performance, customer trends, physician adoption, market opportunities, and productivity
• build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, Excel, AWS, and other BI platforms
• use AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and automate routine analysis
• support territory alignment, quota planning, launches, market expansion, and annual planning
• own forecast models and analyze pipeline trends
• partner cross-functionally and mentor analysts and business users.
