This role supports the facility's rehabilitation department, assisting in the direction of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The role exists to assist the Director of Rehabilitation Services in directing the three rehab departments to ensure the highest quality rehab services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. The Assistant Director recruits, supervises staff, and maintains appropriate staffing patterns.
