What you'll do

• Build builder and contractor relationships
• manage the bid pipeline, pricing, proposals, and contract handoffs
• review estimates and job costs
• manage project schedules and coordinate construction phases
• visit active job sites
• lead and coach Field Managers and Estimator
• oversee permits, inspections, quality, safety, change orders, material coordination, and timely billing.
