What you'll do

• Participate in interviews and selection for clinical positions
• develop individualized evidence-based education plans for new clinicians
• evaluate competency through testing, joint visits, documentation review, and case conferences
• mentor preceptors
• teach orientation
• maintain web-based learning resources
• provide on-site education and support to clinical pods
• contribute to annual clinical competencies
• maintain relevant home-care clinical expertise and current knowledge of EMR, policies, procedures, and best practices.
