The Core Crew — Front Desk and Sales role is onsite in New York, NY, at the Long Island City studio. This part-time hourly position pays $18 per hour plus opportunities to earn sales commission. [solidcore] is a boutique fitness company with more than 100 studios and a focus on low-impact, high-intensity strength training. The Core Crew member supports the Head Coach and Community Manager with front desk, administrative, sales, and studio operations. The role helps create a welcoming client experience, responds to client needs, supports class and account transactions, and contributes to studio sales and cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support the studio’s CORE client experience
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues and schedule changes
• assist studio leadership and coaches with daily operations
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones and prepare celebration boards.
