Account Manager

What you'll do

• Collect, verify, and submit timesheets through QuickBooks
• communicate with the workforce about billing or payroll discrepancies
• monitor customer accounts
• verify and process vendor bills
• issue purchase orders and subcontractor agreements
• enter and submit invoices
• facilitate weekly project cost meetings
• assist with material submittals
• research and resolve accounting or billing discrepancies
• track project costs
• assist with month-end reporting and general administration.
