The technician diagnoses and repairs construction equipment in the field and shop, helping customers maintain equipment uptime through accurate, timely repairs and dependable service.

• Diagnose and repair all makes and models of construction equipment in the field and shop
• complete repairs accurately and promptly
• interact with customers
• use independent judgment on difficult repair work
• maintain basic computer proficiency and customer communication.
