Older Youth Services Case Manager

What you'll do

• Provide home-based and community-based services to families involved with the Department of Child Services and/or Juvenile Probation through the Older Youth Services contract
• deliver services in compliance with Indiana Department of Child Services standards and protocols
• know the published standards applicable to the services provided.
