The Nurse Manager — Acute & Emergency role is onsite in Holton, KS; compensation is not specified. The manager oversees emergency, acute inpatient, outpatient, and swing-bed nursing services at Holton Community Hospital.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate Emergency Department and Acute Nursing services
• provide operational, clinical, and administrative oversight
• support patient flow, continuity of care, and staff development
• serve as Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Registrar
• maintain Level IV Trauma designation
• ensure compliance with EMTALA, CMS Conditions of Participation, and Kansas Department of Health and Environment requirements
• collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams.

Why this role

Requires an accredited nursing degree, BSN, current Kansas or valid multistate RN license, BLS and ACLS upon hire, and three years of nursing experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
