Community Manager

What you'll do

• Advise the Board and facilitate meetings
• prepare agendas and reports
• implement Board decisions
• manage budgets, reserves, invoices, and financial reporting
• oversee property operations and inspections
• manage vendors and maintenance programs
• ensure life-safety and emergency procedures
• communicate with residents and resolve concerns
• supervise, recruit, train, and evaluate onsite staff
• attend evening meetings and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
