What you'll do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• supervise and mentor classroom staff, volunteers, and teaching assistants
• monitor student progress and provide individualized support
• oversee daily site operations
• communicate with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders
• maintain student records, attendance logs, and program documentation
• coordinate activities, events, and scheduling.
