What you'll do

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and set expectations
• create position profiles and job postings
• maintain postings and ad campaigns
• build candidate pipelines and source applicants
• screen applicants and agency submissions
• submit qualified candidates and provide feedback
• schedule and support interviews
• conduct technical assessments and reference checks as needed
• prepare offer letters, support negotiations, process acceptances, and track onboarding
• maintain candidate communications.
