Resort Evening Manager

What you'll do

• Welcome VIP arrivals and inspect VIP rooms
• maintain a visible presence throughout the resort
• inspect facilities
• partner with department managers during busy periods
• monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns
• coordinate evening operations across departments
• provide operational direction and coaching
• respond to emergencies
• verify closing procedures
• conduct end-of-shift property walks
• prepare the Evening Manager Report
• communicate issues to resort leadership.
