The Resident Assistant — Youth Residential, Evening Shift role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with a Saturday–Wednesday schedule from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The posting lists pay of $21–$22.43 per hour. The Youth Center serves young people up to age 24 who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness in an LGBTQ+ safe and affirming environment. The role provides after-hours oversight and care in emergency overnight and transitional living programs. It supports resident safety through crisis intervention, de-escalation, monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination with onsite services and emergency responders when needed.

• mediate conflicts
• support cleanliness
• assist with evening and weekend activities
• contact emergency services when needed
• document daily activities and irregularities
• coordinate after-hours follow-up with staff and services.
