What you'll do

• Implement lesson plans and use positive guidance techniques
• build positive parent/teacher relationships
• collaborate with teaching staff to observe and support children’s abilities
• during afternoon closing, communicate with families, coordinate classroom and staff routines, oversee snacks, and assist with center routines as needed.
