What you'll do

• Complete work orders within designated timeframes and apartment turnovers within five days of move-out
• survey buildings and repair mechanical systems
• maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locks, doors, and related systems
• prepare and paint surfaces
• document fire and building systems
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• document work and materials
• participate in technical, safety, and operational training.
