The Executive Director, Senior Living is a fully onsite, full-time role in Pittsford, NY. The schedule is generally Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Manager on Duty hours and 24/7 on-call responsibility based on community needs. Pay is $100,000 per year plus potential for a 20% annual bonus. The role leads Rittenhouse Village Pittsford, a SHINE Memory Care community serving people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cognitive changes. The Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership across the community, balancing resident-centered care and engagement with regulatory compliance, financial performance, occupancy, and staff development. The role coordinates department leaders and supports clinical, memory care, dining, and life enrichment programs to advance community goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments
• ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
• manage community financials, budgets, operating costs, labor, and performance metrics
• drive NOI, occupancy, and resident engagement targets
• support resident-centered care and programs
• hold Town Hall and/or Resident Council meetings and ensure family communications and care plan reviews
• hire, train, develop, and coach staff
• partner with sales on occupancy and revenue
• lead business development
• oversee applicable assisted living and memory care compliance, programming, wellness, and care plans.
