RN - Full Time Days - LTC in Aneta, ND. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour and a $25,000 sign-on bonus. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

What you'll do

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
