The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential Services role is onsite at Avancer Homes residential locations in Genoa, IL, with assignments potentially changing among the agency’s residential sites. What you'll do

• Implement individual programs and goals in service plans
• document program data, incidents, and daily activities
• assist with medication administration and activities of daily living
• support access to community resources and appointments
• help maintain a safe residential home
• communicate medical, behavioral, and safety concerns
• attend required training and meetings
• assist with transitions and transportation when assigned and authorized.
