What you'll do

• Lead eight platform engineers supporting eleven enterprise infrastructure platforms
• oversee service-provider operations
• drive platform lifecycle roadmaps and capacity plans
• ensure compliance, change, and security requirements
• respond to audit inquiries
• manage platform renewals
• support annual budgeting and licensing chargebacks
• define strategies for new capabilities and processes
• present KPIs and operational updates
• guide cross-functional platform and automation initiatives.
