What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from hiring-needs identification through candidate selection, offer negotiation, and search closure
• partner with hiring managers on qualifications, strategies, priorities, and timelines
• build candidate pipelines through postings, social media, job fairs, associations, and networking
• screen and interview candidates
• guide selection and negotiate offers
• document recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and comply with employment laws
• identify process improvements.
