Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, moving, and housekeeping for commercial units
• drive a PRF truck to locations for maintenance tasks
• maintain and repair HVAC systems
• troubleshoot and replace components
• perform minor plumbing repairs and electrical troubleshooting
• maintain and remodel properties through carpentry and painting
• assist with snow removal and shrub trimming
• accompany city inspectors when requested
• move PRF-owned furniture and appliances.
