Electromechanical Technician — 2nd or 3rd Shift

The Electromechanical Technician role is onsite at a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Hope Hull, AL; the listing location is Deatsville, AL. Compensation is $40–$42 per hour. The technician supports plant operations, reliability, and continuous improvement. The role troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems to support production and reduce equipment downtime. It also contributes to equipment reliability, safe operations, and improvement projects with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• diagnose failures using schematics and PLC logic
• respond to breakdowns
• maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging and filling systems
• assist with equipment installation and commissioning
• document work in maintenance systems
• conduct root cause analysis
• follow safety, environmental, food and beverage, and lockout/tagout procedures.
