What you'll do

• Oversee technical support for onsite and offsite corporate events
• manage daily support and operational readiness of collaboration spaces using Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• contribute equipment, software renewal, and labor recommendations to the annual budget process
• develop team AV processes and procedures
• oversee maintenance of digital signage, room scheduling, wireless presentation devices, background music, and videowall systems
• ensure administration of AV network and server infrastructure
• work with vendors
• assist with AV design and installation for renovation and new construction
• mentor and guide junior staff and interns.
