What you'll do

• Clean common areas and grounds, remove trash and debris, maintain pet stations, prepare model units and tour routes, care for landscaping and pool areas, and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• The role may assist with vacant apartment preparation and basic maintenance work orders.
• The posting also requires availability for after-hours emergency calls and/or scheduled on-call rotations.
