What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and unclogging drains
• assist with troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• inspect equipment and facility systems
• maintain maintenance records
• follow safety regulations, policies, and building codes
• coordinate and monitor outside contractors and vendors
• respond to maintenance requests and service calls
• assist with facility and select medical equipment setup and resetting
• support preventive maintenance of electronic and automated facility systems.
