What you'll do

• Handle and store food according to facility procedures and safe food handling requirements
• assist with food preparation and tray-line setup
• assemble and verify resident diet trays
• deliver trays, nourishment, supplements, and snacks
• clean dishes, equipment, and workspaces
• maintain the dish machine
• report equipment issues, food refusals, pests, and injuries
• assist with inspection preparation as directed.
