What you'll do

• Lead music-driven 50-minute modern Pilates classes
• provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications
• build relationships with clients and foster an inclusive studio environment
• participate in team meetings, training, studio events, and community initiatives
• support local marketing as needed
• maintain a clean and organized studio
• complete instructor training and ongoing education
• apply leadership feedback and stay current on programming updates.
