What you'll do

• Gather tray delivery information and take meal orders using tablets
• communicate with nursing units about diets and special needs
• assemble and deliver patient trays
• maintain food temperatures under HACCP guidelines
• stock patient-area pantries
• clean kitchen and dining areas
• receive and store supplies
• portion food
• deliver and return carts.
