Vice President of Sales

The Vice President of Sales role is based onsite on the north side of Indianapolis, IN, with a starting salary of $200,000 per year plus incentive plan bonus opportunities. What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies with the President and leadership team
• lead, coach, recruit, and develop the sales team
• oversee pipeline, forecasting, CRM processes, and reporting
• partner with Marketing on lead generation and conversion
• identify market opportunities and growth targets
• improve sales processes and training
• build strategic relationships and represent the Apex brand in the community.
