What you'll do

• Perform building maintenance including drywall, painting, flooring, concrete, plumbing, roof, and sprinkler repairs
• complete carpentry projects
• perform basic welding and metal fabrication as needed
• maintain HVAC systems and small engine equipment
• maintain grounds and remove snow and ice
• operate material-handling equipment
• assist with security, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems
• support office moves and setups
• perform janitorial duties as needed
• coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards
• participate in an on-call rotation.
