What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial-lines clients
• manage renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations
• assess risk exposures and recommend coverage
• work with carriers to negotiate and present coverage proposals
• identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• resolve claims, billing, and coverage issues
• and maintain records and client interactions in Applied Epic.
