What you'll do

• Sort, wash, and store dishware
• clean and refill the dish machine according to casino standards
• operate the burnishing machine and polish silver
• clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans
• perform routine cleaning, including floors and work areas
• maintain safety and health practices
• assist the chef and kitchen staff with food preparation as directed
• move supplies, clean spills, and complete other assigned tasks. The posting requires a high school diploma or GED and one to three months of related experience or training, or equivalent.
