What you'll do

• Support individuals with moderate to severe disabilities and promote independence
• provide supervision and support during community outings
• implement goal plans and collect data
• maintain participant records and progress notes
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• assist with vehicle boarding and passenger safety
• help plan community-integration activities.
