What you'll do

• Ensure processes are done thoroughly, accurately and per documented procedures in accordance with legal/policy requirements.
• Accurately update systems of record and databases.
• Research and problem solve customer/dealer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist with training and coaching of new team members.
• Act independently and handle most complex customer service related situations, including escalated customer calls.
