What you'll do

• Lead accounts payable and the total disbursement cycle
• oversee vendor invoice and employee travel reimbursement processing
• ensure compliance with DOE requirements, CAS, GAAP, OMB Circular A-123, and Argonne policies
• manage and develop the team
• establish operational and compliance metrics
• maintain policies, procedures, and controls
• lead process improvement and cross-functional initiatives
• support audit readiness.
