What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and referral sources
• conduct community tours
• maintain current bed availability and service information
• manage timely inquiry follow-up
• support occupancy and census mix
• build relationships with external professionals and organizations
• maintain referral-source records
• use sales tracking tools
• communicate projected admissions, bed changes, and discharges
• coordinate with nursing and business office leaders
• recommend admission decisions
• coordinate marketing plans and meetings, monitor budgets and results
• maintain knowledge of regulations and reimbursement guidelines.
