The Brokerage Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator role is onsite in Laredo, TX, with pay of $16–$19 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; remote work is not available. The role supports Padilla Freight Solutions’ freight coordination and customer service operations. The dispatcher coordinates and monitors freight from pickup through delivery, keeping drivers, carriers, and customers informed. Accurate tracking, documentation, and proactive issue communication help keep loads moving and reduce service disruptions.

What you'll do

• Dispatch and coordinate loads from pickup through delivery
• communicate load details and appointments to drivers and carriers
• track active loads and obtain status updates and estimated arrival times
• confirm scheduled arrivals
• maintain load notes in the transportation management system
• communicate delays and service issues
• help resolve transportation problems
• communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, shippers, receivers, and internal staff
• confirm deliveries and obtain proof of delivery
• review and follow up on documentation
• maintain electronic records
• and escalate significant issues to management.
