Maintenance Technician — Apartment Community

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Starkville, MS. Compensation is not specified. CREI Management’s technician works under the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the community and support residents. The technician completes service requests, maintains grounds and common areas, and reports issues to supervisors. What you'll do

• Complete routine service requests within 24 hours as directed
• maintain clean grounds and common areas
• maintain the maintenance shop
• report maintenance issues to supervisors
• provide service to residents, guests, employees, and contractors
• assist with other assigned tasks.
