Lead STEAM / Robotics Teacher

The Lead STEAM / Robotics Teacher role is onsite in Edison, NJ, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. Brooklyn Robot Foundry’s mission is to share the fun of STEAM learning with children through hands-on, screen-free programs. The role leads robotics workshops, after-school residencies, and camp programs for children. Through guided building and creative problem-solving, the teacher helps students explore engineering concepts, learn from trial and error, and build confidence.

What you'll do

• Guide small groups through building circuits, motors, and structures
• encourage troubleshooting and learning from mistakes
• manage supplies and safe tool use
• help students customize projects
• handle attendance, setup, cleanup, and materials tracking
• update parents on student progress.
