What you'll do

• Assess patients and respiratory therapy needs
• collaborate with healthcare team members on care plans
• administer aerosolized medication and oxygen or medical gas therapy
• perform ventilator management and airway care
• conduct arterial blood gas sampling and analysis
• educate patients and mentor or precept new employees, students, and peers
• support safe, evidence-based care and accurate documentation.
