Warehouse Receiving Coordinator

The Warehouse Receiving Coordinator role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, with pay of $19–$22 per hour. The position supports Comfort Wave Home Services by keeping warehouse receiving, inventory, and materials routing organized and efficient. The coordinator verifies incoming shipments, updates inventory, and routes materials to the appropriate locations so warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and field teams can access needed parts and supplies.

What you'll do

• Verify packing lists and shipment documentation
• organize purchase orders
• update inventory in the warehouse management system
• label, tag, and route materials
• report discrepancies or damaged goods
• operate forklifts and pallet jacks if certified
• assist with vehicle readiness and light maintenance
• deliver parts to field technicians as needed
• maintain the receiving area
• assist with cycle counts and audits
• collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams.
