Hospice Care Consultant

What you'll do

• Be responsible for the Davenport, IA and surrounding territories.
• Educate and inform healthcare professionals about hospice services.
• Identify new referral opportunities at hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physician offices.
• Engage in meaningful conversations regarding patient needs.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization at community events and professional associations.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families.
